Steve Gostin is one of Orange County’s leading hospitality management consultants. His background in the industry, coupled with education, business and culinary experiences, provides him with a unique blend of knowledge that he shares with clients.


Steve has created training programs and restaurant management systems for numerous concepts and has been involved in ground level openings to complete overhaul turnarounds.

Steve has been an accomplished Manager and Leader in business.  Serving organizations at a variety of levels, including Vice President, Director of Operations, General Manager, and College Professor,

Steve has achieved success at every level and continues to share his experiences to help people fulfill their dreams and achieve their goals.




Steve spent 5 years as an adjunct professor in Culinary and Hospitality Management and Leadership at the Art Institute of California Orange County. He spent 2 years as the Program Chair for Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management at AiOC up until the time the campus closed it's doors at the end of 2018. In fact, Steve was the "last man standing" at this school.

Steve also taught at Santa Ana College School of Continuing Education and has helped create curriculum being taught in Hospitality and Culinary Management, including two State of California Certificate programs.
