Many people enter into the culinary world with a dream of owning their own restaurant and bar. I know I did. Then they start realizing that their dream comes with a great deal of time, effort and money. Owning and operating a restaurant is not as easy as it appears, just ask anyone who has been in the industry for any length of time. However, it is rewarding and fun if you do it the right way.

When you really think about running a restaurant, it's very simple. I've been doing it so long now that it probably is simple for me to say. But when you think about it, you really only need 3 key elements to run a successful operation: Great food. Great People. Great atmosphere.
You have have 2 out of 3, but will you be great? Will you be profitable and enjoy the fruits of your labor? Without all 3 key elements, you merely have good.
What's the secret to having all 3 key elements? Training and knowledge. Remember, even the best had to learn from others.
My focus is on PEOPLE! Everything we do is about people; whether we are providing a product or a service, we do so to people. By creating a program which takes the focus toward people, the goal will be increased profit.
